A barn wedding with classic, neutral wedding flowers

I've created wedding flower arrangements at Milling Barn in Hertfordshire a number of times and it's always a pleasure working there. The space feels so airy and modern, but is full of gorgeous character. Bride to be Clare had been a hairdresser for one of my previous weddings the year before and had really liked what I had created for that one so got in touch. It's a real compliment when a fellow wedding supplier is impressed by what you do so I was thrilled to be asked to create her wedding flowers.

Clare and Tom really wanted a clean white and green theme full of texture so I used beautiful dahlias, roses and astilbe, as well as a number of eucalyptus varieties.

I created a draping ceremony table which was then moved to the top table - I'd always recommend re-purposing flower arrangements where possible, such as ceremony table flowers, entrance milk churns and pew ends. Clare and Tom hired a number of my vintage bottles for the reception tables and I filled them with white flowers and green foliage to match the bridal party arrangements.
